No Returns Policy
We do not accept returns on any cannabis products, including but not limited to:
Flower
Pre-rolls
Edibles
Concentrates
Vape cartridges
Tinctures
Topicals
Accessories that have been opened or used
This policy helps us maintain strict health and safety standards in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Refund Policy
While we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or change of mind, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:
You received the wrong item
The product was damaged or defective upon delivery
Your order was not delivered as confirmed
Description of the issue
Photos of the product (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Exemptions
Due to legal regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any cannabis product once it has left the premises or been delivered, even if unopened. All sales are final per state and local laws.
